9.2 Arbitration. If unresolved, any dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator under the rules of JAMS or AAA in NYS. You and JDCA waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
9.3 Governing Law. These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the state without regard to conflicts of laws.
